Victor has been raising funds and managing partnerships for peacebuilding organizations in the Netherlands and Denmark, focusing on West African partners. His academic background in African Studies enables him to engage critically with his work, reflecting on how coloniality, conditionality, performativity and agency unfold within international solidarity.
