Victor has been raising funds and managing partnerships for peacebuilding organizations in the Netherlands and Denmark, focusing on West African partners. His academic background in African Studies enables him to engage critically with his work, reflecting on how coloniality, conditionality, performativity and agency unfold within international solidarity. Diana Almasri is a Syrian-Antiguan graduate in International Relations and Area Studies from Jagiellonian University, specializing in International Security and SWANA studies. Since 2023, she has worked across nonprofit spaces, including as Communications Co-Lead at Climate Sirens and a Communications Intern with Healing for Gaza. She brings strong research, organizational, and strategic communication skills. At Youth Transforming Narratives, she serves as a Fundraising Officer, supporting initiatives that empower young people.
