Tamoy Campbell is a Jamaican attorney-at-law, media professional, and youth advocate whose work bridges law, policy, and public communication to make governance and legal discourse more accessible to young people and wider communities. She holds an LLB (Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School, where she distinguished herself through multiple academic and leadership awards. Her professional and civic leadership experience includes serving as President of the Mona Law Society, National Youth Parliamentarian, and Regional Youth Champion for Digital Transformation for Health, and she currently contributes to youth engagement and policy dialogue as a member of the United Nations–European Union Youth Advisory Group. In addition to her legal practice, she is a television presenter with Television Jamaica (TVJ) and an experienced moderator and public speaker, recognised for her ability to translate complex governance and development issues into accessible public discourse. She has also earned international accolades in debating and Model United Nations, including Outstanding and Best Delegate awards at Harvard National Model United Nations, alongside numerous national honours such as the Governor-General’s Achievement Award, the UWI Premier Award for Culture, and the Miss Kingston & St. Andrew Festival Queen title.
