Susanne Kaguta is a legal and policy professional based in Kampala, Uganda, with three years of experience in human rights research, gender justice advocacy, and evidence-based policy analysis. She holds an LLB from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and has worked with organisations including HRAPF and ISER on issues of access to justice, education rights, and the protection of marginalised communities. She is committed to building the structural conditions under which young people, women, and girls can live with dignity and realise their full potential.
