Israa Hatem Aljaish is a researcher and advocate passionate about youth empowerment, education, and decolonization. A graduate of the University of St Andrews, where she earned her MSc in International Education, she is now pursuing a PhD in Anthropology focusing on higher education and mental well-being in Gaza. Drawing on her experience in policy, humanitarian work, and youth engagement. Israa strives to amplify young voices and foster resilient, inclusive communities.
