Charithma Subasinghe holds a BSc in Strategic Studies and International Relations from KDU Sri Lanka. She is an international development practitioner and governance professional with experience in the development sector, particularly in areas related to anti-corruption, business integrity, public policy, and institutional accountability. She currently works as the Campaigns and Advocacy Manager at Centre for a Smart Future (CSF-Asia), heading its advocacy initiatives, policy engagement, and strategic campaigns. Her previous experience includes contributing to national-level anti-corruption and integrity initiatives through Transparency International Sri Lanka, as well as delivering corporate training on anti-corruption, policy advocacy, and civic engagement. Her interests lie in collective action, youth engagement, and strengthening opportunities for young people to shape policy conversations, lead initiatives, and contribute to more inclusive decision-making processes.
