Our Team

YTN functions fully youth-led with a majority of young women, remotely and globally. It is built around a collaborative, distributed team structure. Our work is supported by an Executive Team that provides strategic leadership and direction, alongside teams focused on different areas of YTN’s work. Each team has co-leads (whenever possible), with Officers supporting the implementation of its work and contributing to projects, initiatives, and activities. At the heart of YTN is our volunteer community: young people from across the world who bring their knowledge, skills, perspectives, and energy to advancing YTN’s mission. Volunteers contribute across areas including research, policy advocacy, communications partnerships, community engagement, and program delivery.
