فريق السياسات والحوار بين الأجيال يركّز على ترجمة نتائج البحث، وكذلك وجهات نظر الشباب، إلى توصيات سياسية قابلة للتنفيذ. إذ يُجري هذا الفريق تحليلاً للسياسات ويضع حلولاً طويلة الأمد للقضايا المتعلقة بها، ثم يُدرج هذه الرؤى ضمن الخطاب السياسي الأوسع من خلال التواصل المباشر مع أصحاب المصلحة أو المشاركة في المؤتمرات والفعاليات الدولية. ويسدّ هذا الفريق الفجوة بين البحث والعمل، من خلال التفاعل مع فضاءات صنع القرار العالمية للمناصرة من أجل تغييرات في السياسات تعكس أصوات وأولويات الشباب من الأغلبية العالمية.
